Acceptable Payment Methods

The physical credit card used for payment must be presented at the rental counter when picking up the vehicle.

Apple Pay is not accepted as a payment method. Customers need to have a physical credit card.

Debit Cards are NOT an accepted form of payment or qualification. Cash is not accepted for qualification at the time of rental.

PAY ON ARRIVAL RESERVATIONS:
a credit card guarantee is required to reserve a vehicle.
This card will be validated at the time of reservation, showing a temporary authorization of $1.00 on your statement.

No actual charge will occur unless the renter does not pick up the vehicle at the expected pick-up date and time of his/her reservation, in which case, a no-show fee equivalent to one day’s rental or a minimum of $50.00 will be charged.

PAY NOW RESERVATIONS:
The customer will be charged the total amount at the time of booking. Pay Now Product is Non-Refundable and Non-Modifiable.

If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the expected pick-up date and time of the reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be provided.

Can I use someone else’s credit card to activate?

Another person’s credit card may only be used if the reservation is non-prepaid and if the cardholder is physically present at the rental counter during activation. In such cases, the cardholder must be added as an additional driver, and an additional driver fee may apply—except for spouses who share the same last name and/or address on their driver’s licenses.
