Credit Card Authorization and No-Show Fee

• Credit Card Authorization: To confirm your reservation, a temporary authorization of $1.00 will be placed on your credit card. This is to verify the card’s validity and is not a charge for pay at the counter reservation. 
• No-Show Fee: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time and date, a no-show fee will be charged to your credit card. This fee is equivalent to one day’s rental rate or a minimum of $50.00.

Pay-Now and Cancelation Policy

• Pay Now Products: For Pay Now products, the full rental amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Please note that:
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Non-Refundable and Non-Modifiable: Once the payment is processed, the reservation cannot be modified or refunded.
  • Automatic Cancellation: If you don’t pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time, your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.

Important:

• Credit Card Presentation: The credit card used for payment must be presented at the rental counter when picking up the vehicle.
