Call Disposition via Backoffice

The call disposition tracks the calls and allows us to gather important information that we can use to improve the Department. Determining the areas that we are getting most of the calls from can help us determine, investigate and improve the system or automate some processes for efficiency. As of today, this notice will serve as a memo for the Department to integrate this process by tagging each and every call we answered and received.
