NÜ Car Rentals Travel Guidelines: Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Denver Locations

At NÜ Car Rentals, we aim to provide our customers with the flexibility and convenience to explore with unlimited mileage in designated states. To ensure a safe and seamless rental experience, please review the travel policies specific to our Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Denver locations. Note that geographic restrictions, vehicle usage guidelines, and the consequences of policy violations vary by location.

Phoenix Location Travel Policy

For rentals out of our Phoenix location, travel is permitted with unlimited miles within the following states:

• Arizona
• California
• Nevada
• New Mexico
• Utah
• Colorado

Important Restrictions:

• Geographic Violation Charge: Traveling outside these states will incur a charge of $0.20 per mile for every mile driven during the rental period.
• Coverage Impact: Violating the geographic restrictions will void any purchased coverages.
• Road Conditions: Vehicles are strictly limited to paved roads only; driving off-road, on beaches, or on any non-paved surfaces will void all insurance coverages.

Salt Lake City Location Travel Policy

Customers renting from our Salt Lake City location are permitted to travel with unlimited miles in the following states:

• Utah
• Arizona
• California
• Nevada
• Colorado
• Idaho
• Wyoming
• Montana

Important Restrictions:

• Geographic Violation Charge: Traveling outside the designated states will result in a charge of $0.50 per mile for each mile driven during the rental period.
• Coverage Impact: Violations will void any purchased coverages.
• Road Conditions: Vehicles are permitted only on paved roads; any off-road or beach driving will void all insurance coverages.

Denver Location Travel Policy

For rentals originating from our Denver location, travel is permitted with unlimited miles within the following states:

• Colorado
• Utah
• Arizona
• New Mexico
• California
• Nevada
• Wyoming
• Nebraska
• Kansas

Important Restrictions:

• Yellowstone National Park Exclusion: Vehicles are not allowed within Yellowstone National Park.
• Geographic Violation Charge: Traveling outside the permitted states will incur a charge of $0.20 per mile for every mile driven during the rental period.
• Coverage Impact: Violating geographic boundaries will void any purchased coverages.
• Road Conditions: All vehicles must remain on paved roads; off-road driving or driving on beaches will result in the voiding of all insurance coverages.
