Removing a Renter from DNR or Do Not Rent List

If they owe, make sure to collect the balance owed before removing someone and leave notes on TSD as usual. DO NOT REMOVE anyone with open claims or if the Renter was overdue and we sent the demand letter for it. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
